## who_we_are
Advance Labs Inc. is a Canadian software studio based in London, Ontario, federally incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (Corporation #1799736-1). It is a distinct company, unaffiliated with similarly named businesses such as Advance Labs LLC (a skincare brand) or WHOOP Advanced Labs. It's a family company. Two brothers, Lucas and Matthew Krawczak, build and ship everything that goes out under the Advance Labs name.
## how_we_work
We build our own products first, and we use them ourselves before we ask anyone else to. No agency work, and no open-ended retainers on the product side. Each product is our own bet, and we keep cutting until it works. When we have capacity, we take on a few fixed-price jobs for outside teams: AI-visibility (AEO) audits and scoped build sprints, the kind of work that's squarely our lane.

Every job is a fixed quote with a deposit up front. You always know the number before we touch the work.
For AI phone work we build in PIPEDA-aligned consent and call-recording disclosure, and we respect Canadian calling rules (ADAD/DNCL). Outbound calling is off by default.

## the_founders
Advance Labs is the work of two brothers, Lucas and Matthew Krawczak. They built their first computer at 12 and were writing code by 14, and never stopped. Give them a problem and they'll build the thing that solves it.
Lucas leads engineering, design, and the automation behind the AI products, shipping most of it in the open at github.com/zordhalo. Matthew heads the game development studio, building at github.com/SpookYlonMuh.
Family is the whole point: they founded the company together and still build it together. The throughline across every product is the same: build the thing, put it in front of real use, and keep cutting until it works.
