Advance Labs builds open instruments for the agent era: Ninebrains, runs-on.dev and the AEO Toolkit, plus drone and quantum research in public.
We are very small, so a good person arriving before there is a job description for them is the realistic way anyone joins. That is why this is an open application.
We cannot promise a reply or a timeline. If there is a fit we will say so, and if there is not we will say that too.
What we are looking for
- You have shipped something real, and you can say which part was yours.
- You learn quickly and like unfamiliar problems.
- You follow through, take feedback and change course when the evidence says to.
- You are comfortable on a very small team, where your work is easy to see.
Make your case
Keep it short and specific. Tell us:
- What you are unusually good at.
- Something you did that shows it, and the part you owned.
- A problem you would like to help us solve, and why.
