The business needed a marketing site that matched the quality of its craftsmanship and made it easy for homeowners — and the AI assistants they increasingly ask — to find and trust it.
## what_we_did
- Designed and built a Next.js marketing site covering services, ADU models, and the service-area footprint (London, St. Thomas, Woodstock, Stratford, Strathroy).
- Built a clear quote-request flow so homeowners can start a project in one step.
- Structured the site as a local business — clean headings, service/area pages, and metadata — so it reads well to both search engines and AI answer engines.
