Smart Fix London
Phone and device repair, London, Ontario
AI discoverability (AEO + SEO) cleanup
The problem
Smart Fix London repairs phones and devices in London, Ontario. An audit with our AEO Toolkit found that the weaknesses were mostly outside the site: directories still showed an old address, the business went by three names, and the site had two competing homepages and dozens of H1 headings. AI assistants read all of that, and repeat it.
What we did
- Tune the Google Business Profile and correct every listing we can reach to one name, one address and one phone number, filing correction requests where we cannot edit.
- Fix the Wix site to one indexable homepage with one H1, and give every core page its own title, description and share card.
- Publish a complete LocalBusiness structured-data record: hours, location, services and profile links.
- Add service pages for the repairs the audit showed AI answers missing, each stating that Smart Fix does the repair in London, Ontario.
How it turned out
- In progress. The listings, site and structured-data work is under way.
- About 30 days after delivery we re-run the same AI-search questions and report the result against the original audit.
